This is a restaurant website, not a platform. Below is a short account of what happens and, above all, what does not happen to your data while you read it.

A static site, no accounts, no forms
You cannot create an account here and there is no booking or ordering form. The site asks you for nothing and sets no cookies of its own in your browser.
The fonts sit on our own server
The typefaces used here are hosted by us. No request is sent to Google Fonts or to any other font service, so your IP address never reaches them.
Statistics without cookies
To know which pages are read, we may use Umami Cloud EU. It sets no cookies, does not identify you and builds no profiles. The script loads only if statistics are switched on in the site configuration, and if they are not, nothing loads at all.
The map does not load on its own
The contact page carries the written address and a button, not an embedded map. The map opens only if you press the button, and from there you are on Google Maps, where Google policy applies.
Links to other services
The links to Facebook, WhatsApp, Wolt and Glovo take you to their own sites. From that point your data is in the care of those services, each with its own policy.
If you call or write to us
Your phone number, your email address and whatever you tell us in a message are used only to answer you or to hold your booking. We do not use them for advertising. Booking details are kept until the booking is honoured; messages and correspondence for at most 12 months, then deleted.
Where the site is hosted
The site is hosted by Render, a hosting service in the United States. Like any server, theirs sees a visitor's IP address in its technical access logs; we do not use those logs to identify anyone. The transfer takes place under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which Render participates.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
Write to us by email and we will reply. If we hold nothing about you, we will tell you that too.
- Access: find out what data we hold and where it came from.
- Rectification: have anything wrong or incomplete put right.
- Erasure: have the data removed, within the limits of the law.
- Objection: object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
- Restriction: have processing limited while we sort out a request of yours.
- Portability: receive the data you gave us, in a common format.
Write from the address where you would like the reply. If you feel we did not handle it properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
